These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ti Aromaa website and the purchase of any products from our store.

We make every effort to display product colours, images and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes. Payment is accepted by credit or debit card and by UPI, processed securely through our payment gateway.

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame. Delivery timelines are a guide rather than a guarantee and may vary based on location and courier availability. We will email you when your order is dispatched and again when it is delivered.

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Cancellation does not return the payment: we arrange an exchange of the same value instead, so please contact us after cancelling and we will set it up. Fragrances that have been opened cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use our website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

Ti Aromaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
